I work in the College of Education at Temple University as the Program Manager for the Transforming School LIFE for English Learners program, a U.S. Department of Education grant-funded professional development program in the School District of Philadelphia. I oversee the implementation of this program in our nine partner schools, and I work especially closely with school leaders to assess and revise school structures and practices to improve academic and social support for English learners and their families.
